AM I A SUITABLE CANDIDATE ?
It is highly likely this treatment is suitable for you. The conditions which make a patient unsuitable would be discussed at consultation, but treatment is not advised if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing IVF.
IS THIS TREATMENT SAFE?
Treatment is administered by a qualified, trained practitioner, they are considered to be a very safe treatment.
IS THE TREATMENT PAINFUL?
We use a topical numbing cream on application, reducing the likelihood of any discomfort. Some patients may experience redness, swelling around the immediate area for up to 72 hours.
DOES THIS TREATMENT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OR RISKS?
Some patients may experience a temporary mild bruising at the point of injection, swelling or perhaps a slight tenderness around the treated area. Patients who are at all concerned are free to contact us at any time, post treatment, for an assessment.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?
Minimal downtime is expected with this treatment, but we advise up to 72 hours for the treated area to settle.
